An account with a verified email address, an identity document and an IBAN: French law requires us to know who we buy from. This part of the process is in French.

Once your request is accepted, a prepaid label appears in your account. A rigid box, the nearest drop-off point, and that is it.

We inspect the device in our workshop and confirm the price. If the condition differs, you get a new offer: accept it, or have your device returned free of charge.

Frequently asked questions
Which devices do you buy?
MacBook Air and MacBook Pro, Intel and Apple silicon, and iPads (iPad, mini, Air, Pro). For an iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio or iPhone, describe it in the form at the bottom of the page: we reply within 24 hours.
Who can sell to you?
Buy-back requests are open to residents of France and Monaco: the identity check and the bank transfer are made under French law. The request, your account and the terms are in French.
My Mac is faulty or damaged, will you still buy it?
Often, yes. The calculator lists the accepted conditions for each model (display, casing, battery, faults). If your case is not there, write to us: we repair or recycle some devices.
How long until I am paid?
The transfer leaves within 5 working days after the price is confirmed on receipt, or after you accept a new offer. It goes to the IBAN in your name given in the request.
What if the condition differs from what I declared?
We offer a new price, with the reasons. You have 14 days to accept or decline it in your account. If you decline, the device is returned to you free of charge.
Why do you ask for an identity document?
Buying a second-hand item from an individual requires a professional in France to keep a register with the seller's identity. Your document is encrypted, never sent by email, and every access is logged.
What should I do before sending my Mac?
Back up your data, sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My. A device that is still locked cannot be bought.
Can I use the buy-back to buy another Mac?
Yes. The amount can be set against the purchase of a refurbished iz fix Mac: say so in your request, or write to us. All our Macs are inspected in our workshop and come with a 12-month warranty.
