Frequently asked questions
Why are these Macs not refurbished?
They have a fault we do not repair before selling. We sell them as they are, faults listed, to people who can repair them, are looking for parts, or can live with the fault.
What does the warranty cover?
A “Works, with a stated fault” Mac has a 12-month workshop warranty, except the stated fault. “Partly working” and “Not working, for parts” Macs have no workshop warranty. In every case, anything not stated is covered by your statutory rights.
Can I change my mind?
Yes: 14 days to withdraw, as with any online purchase. Return shipping is at your cost. A Mac that was dismantled or had a part removed may get a reduced refund.
