Our workshops do not receive visitors without an appointment. Equipment is sent to us using a prepaid label that we provide, or dropped off by arrangement.

Consumer mediation

Mediator not yet appointed

Under French law, any trader selling to consumers must subscribe to an approved consumer mediator and publish its details (article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code). This is not yet in place and must be before sales open. In the meantime, please send any complaint to contact@iz-fix.com; we answer within one working day.

Waste electrical and electronic equipment

ADEME unique identifier to be published

Sellers of electrical equipment in France must join an approved producer responsibility scheme, register with ADEME and publish their unique identifier (article L541-10-13 of the French Environmental Code). This must be completed before sales open, and the identifier shown here.
