Lead times and charges
Any order paid before 2 p.m. is dispatched the same working day, otherwise the next one. You receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

We deliver within France and the European Union. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom or outside the EU. Prices are charged in euros; any sterling figure shown on the site is an indication only.
Packaging
Every Mac travels in double protection: a fitted foam shell inside a reinforced box. The parcel is insured. On delivery, check the outside of the parcel; if it is damaged, record reservations with the driver and tell us within 48 hours.
Collection from the workshop
You may collect your order at Paris or Nivillac (56) by appointment. Mention it in the order note and any delivery charge is refunded to you. Our workshops do not receive visitors without an appointment.
Returns
You have 14 days to change your mind — see the right of withdrawal page — and a 12-month warranty with a return label provided free of charge. Write to contact@iz-fix.com with your order number and we arrange the rest.
