Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, without giving reasons and without penalty (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

How to proceed

1. Tell us by email at contact@iz-fix.com, or through the contact form, quoting your order number.
2. We send you a return label and packing instructions — use the original double-protection packaging if you still have it.
3. Send the Mac back complete, with charger and accessories, in the condition you received it, within 14 days.
4. Full refund within 14 days of receipt and inspection, by the same means of payment.

Conditions

The Mac must come back with no damage beyond its condition on delivery. Remember to sign out of your Apple Account (System Settings, your name, Sign Out) and to switch off Find My Mac: a device that is still locked cannot be accepted back. A deduction may be made for damage or a missing accessory.
