How we collect and check reviews
Reviews marked “Verified purchase” were left by customers through a personal link sent to them about a week after their order was dispatched. Only a paid order gives access to that link, and each order can leave one review.
Reviews marked with a platform name (Back Market, eBay, Google) were first published on that platform by one of our customers. They are reproduced without any change, with a link to the original wherever the platform allows it.
We read every review before publishing it. We publish positive and negative reviews alike. A review is only withheld if it contains insults, personal data, advertising, a duplicate, or has nothing to do with a purchase from us.
We do not pay for reviews and offer nothing in exchange for one. Reviews are shown newest first.
