Faulty or simply old. We refurbish it or recycle its parts: your Mac is still worth something.
1. Describe your Mac
Model, year, configuration, condition, any faults. A photograph helps, but is not required.
2. Get an offer within a working day
A firm valuation, with no obligation, based on the refurbished market.
3. Drop it off or send it free
Leave it at the workshop (Paris, Nivillac) or receive a prepaid shipping label.
4. Inspection and payment
Checked in the workshop, data erased to DoD standard, paid by bank transfer within 48 hours.
What we buy
MacBook Air and MacBook Pro (2015 and later), iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio, iPhone and iPad. Broken screen, dead battery, will not switch on: ask anyway.
Trade-in against a purchase
The valuation can be set against the purchase of a refurbished Mac from us. Say so in your request. We also take back your old device free of charge when you buy an equivalent one, as the electrical waste rules require.
Where we collect from
Prepaid shipping labels and payment by transfer cover France and the European Union. Outside the EU, write to contact@iz-fix.com before sending anything.
