1. Choose your device and its condition
The price appears straight away. It is recalculated every day from the refurbished market.
2. Send your request
An account with a verified email address, an identity document and an IBAN: French law requires us to know who we buy from.
3. Ship it free of charge
Once your request is accepted, a prepaid shipping label appears in your account. Print it and drop the parcel off.
4. Inspection and payment
Checked in our workshop, data erased, transfer sent. If the condition differs from what you declared, you get a new offer to accept or decline (free return).

Where we buy from
Buy-back requests are open to residents of France and Monaco: the identity check and the bank transfer are made under French law.
